Supported eForms versions
Different eForms versions are currently supported and processed according to the following overview.

In order to comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the Publications Office of the EU, the forms T01 ("Prior information notice on public passenger transport services") and T02 ("Contract award notice for public passenger transport services") have been defined. These are part of the SDK-EU, are supported by the Public Procurement Data Service and accepted by TED.
Forms T01 and T02 can therefore be submitted to the editorial system by procurement platforms on the basis of the SDK-EU.

eForms validation
All notices are validated when they are sent to the Vermittlungsdienst before they are accepted by the system. Validation is carried out using a combination of XML schema validation and Schematron validation. As a result, a validation report is returned in JSON format.
The Open-Source-Validator provided by KoSIT offers an option for offline validation, which is also carried out by the Vermittlungsdienst.
We also provide you with an online validator, which you can use to check the validation of your eForms.
Validation blacklist
National tailoring results in differences between EU-wide and nationally valid values, as is the case with code lists and the customizationID, for example. Therefore, certain EU rules must be skipped in order to check valid documents according to German tailoring. The current list of ignored rules can be found here: KoSIT repository for the German eForms standard
